Owner Paola Balsamo has spent more than 20 years in the restaurant business and is the proud owner of Stefano’s Ristorante Italiano in Mount Laurel. After servicing the catering needs of her loyal clients for many years, Paola opened Paola Balsamo Catering with a specific goal to ‘cater’ to the needs of local businesses, pharmaceutical sales representatives and South Jersey residents holding private functions.

Paola takes the time to work with each customer’s ordering preferences and special requests. Instead of impersonal online ordering, Paola is available to discuss your catering needs, client/attendee likes and dislikes, and design a menu that is unique to each person’s taste and budget.

Paola Balsamo Catering handles delivery and setup for off-site catering. On-site options are also available within Stefano’s Ristorante Italiano located within Mount Laurel Plaza (convenient to Routes 73, 70 and 295). Their menu offers a large variety from sandwiches to pastas, chicken, veal and seafood.
